We may not be professionals in attire but we are in action. We are more creative rather than being more professional. When we say creative, we mean it. In-house, S16nites are not forced to wear uniforms, not yelled for an unshaved face, not scolded for wearing a trouser and tees, we leave it to them, and its enough if they mint ideas and form a concept or strategy on what they work on.
